EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline and at least 5 years related experience and or equivalent related experience or education. MBA or Masters in related field desired. At least 5 years Project Management experience and PMP required. Broad knowledge of CCRCs and the Long Term Care industry. Broad knowledge of current computer technologies and strategies: Open Systems, Client Server, and Web. Proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio and Microsoft Project. MON Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for planning and monitoring the progress of multiple system development projects to ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner and within the established budget. The Project Manager must recognize when obstacles are encountered and be able to reassign resources to overcome these obstacles.
