IIS/.NET/SQL Systems Engineer

Job Description:For this contract-to-hire position, you will work with the adserving team to maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, and upgrade the global adserving system.Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining 100% uptime of the adserving system Creating specifications for, testing, and rolling out new adserving software Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and patching to support adserving system Performing patch/hotfix rollouts and software upgrades Assisting with maintaining monitoring systems Ensuring correct monitoring of internal IT machines Configuring and supporting F5 BigIP Supporting Windows AD domains, replication, and related servicesJob Experience: 5+ years related work experience Experience with BigIP, IIS, ISAPI, .NET and SQL Experience with Windows Server OS and supporting services (AD, DNS, WINS, LDAP, domains, DFS) Experience with TCP/IP Networking environments Experience with large scale, high volume environments Experience with complex, n-tier web farms Solid understanding of Internet protocols, IIS web servers, browsers, and internet security issues Familiarity with running an enterprise web farm using IIS, ISAPI, and .NET Familiarity with monitoring applications Willingness to carry a pager and respond to escalations on assigned shifts Scripting experience in a Windows environment is preferred Experience with NetIQ, Sitescope, Keynote, HPOV, CIM, and MRTG monitoring software is a plusMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
