Job Description:PRIMARY PURPOSE:Responsible for assisting the LNG Director of Business Development and the Manager of Engineering & Construction by cataloging and filing a significant amount of old files (most in manila folders) currently residing in approximately 15 bankers boxes. Duties will include the same for 150+ maps & drawings and other miscellaneous files.RESPONSIBILITES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:Will be responsible for developing a simple spreadsheet capturing essential reference elements identifying the content of each file. Estimated time distribution:20% Sorting and cataloging all maps, plans and drawings 60% Cataloging the contents of Business Development file boxes 10% Cataloging and filing PAMT vendor inquiries, catalogs and documents 10% Organizing and filing PALNG and CLNG binders in the CityWest LNG Data RoomQUALIFICATIONS: Education - High School graduate, prefer 1-2 years collegeSkills/Knowledge/Abilities Must have ability to understand and analyze content of each file folder, create Excel spreadsheet listing key components of each folder, and sort files accordingly.Physical Requirements Ability to lift file boxes from floor to work surface (table) and place binders on shelves.
