As a Consultant, you will work in a team environment at our Santa Clara location and at customer sites where you implement and support ICON’s solutions. We are looking for an individual who has a solid IT and/or business consulting background.


Requirements:Good understanding of supply chain management processes like Sales and Operations Planning, Liability Risk Management, MRP, Execution and Supply Chain VisibilityGood understanding of collaboration processes including VMI/SMIGood interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customersStrong presentation and communication skillsUNIX/Linux experience; Shell scripting. Python knowledge is a plus. Server administration not requiredVery good knowledge of at least one of the following databases ORACLE, MS SQL server, IBM DB2. Oracle experience is preferredBasic JAVA knowledgeBasic knowledge about Apache Tomcat. Knowledge about a JEE Application server a plusEAI experience and standard formats like EDIFact, SAP IDOC a plusCuriosity to learn and adapt new technologiesExcellent analytical skillsWillingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) in the US and  internationallyTwo to five years experience in Supply Chain Management consulting, project management, and on-site project experience required
