Thank you for your interest!IT Services Manager:Provide day to day support and leadership for the vendors providing support and services for the technology infrastructure. Work with various Data Centers to prioritize, facilitate and manage ongoing efforts to support multiple applications.Work with various Call Centers to prioritize, facilitate and manage ongoing efforts to support multiple applications.Work with other vendors both hardware and software to support the production environment.Work with internal resources both within the local team as well as the extended corporate culture to facilitate timely solutions and resolution of issues that occur in the production environment.Provide leadership for all change management in the production environment including but not limited to project management, hardware and software acquisition, hardware and software implementations and prioritization of work efforts with the various vendors.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the database architecture and the application functionality for multiple, complex applications.Develop and maintain and in-depth understanding of the networking architecture and network functionality for multiple complex environments Develop and maintain and in-depth understanding of the application architecture and application functionality for multiple varied applicationsEnsure production systems meet performance and availability requirements Work closely with Support staff to ensure that vendors are responding and resolving issues in a timely manner.Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problemsContract compliance from both a vendor and customer standpointSupport Security and Audit personnel to ensure all systems meet all security and audit standards both internally and externally.
