Currently, we are seeking a Telecom Expense Management Specialist for our Neenah WI location. Summary:The ITS Telecom Expense Management Specialist manages all procurement aspects of third party wireless contracts ensuring the standard ordering processes are adhered to, the vendors fulfill all obligations and SLA requirements associated with the contract while effectively delivering telecom services that meet the requirement of the customer. Responsibilities: Receive authorized requests for wireless devices and air cards Manage requisitioning and accounting requirements Oversee the reconciliation and validation of invoices; resolve invoices discrepancies Identify opportunities for process improvements Provide reporting, reconciliation and service optimization Develop Standard User and Management Reporting for all services Forecast budget Assist in the development of performance improvement plansBasic Qualifications: A Bachelors degree along with 3 or more years of relevant experience, or 5-7 or more years of applied experience required. Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Telecom Expense Management, SAP experience, strong interpersonal, oral and written skills, excellent documentation and organizational skills, analytical aptitude and problem solving capabilities.Other: Expertise in telecom expense management and vendor and contract management Effective interpersonal and people/relationship management skills Excellent oral, written skills, and documentation and skills Solid organizational skills Awareness of legal language and terminology as it relates to telecom providers and supplier relationsEqual Opportunity EmployerApply online at and enter Requisition ID 3599.
