ITS SENIOR ANALYST - SYSTEM TESTING PREP

Job Description:This position is a System Prep / System Testing Consultant on the ISD – Implementation TeamAs a member of this team you will work closely with ITS project teams to ensure that system preparation and system testing plans are established, maintained and executed in accordance with project design requirements The incumbent will coordinate and facilitate system preparation and testing activities in collaboration with IT Leaders and project managers to ensure successful delivery of IT application systems. Key Responsibilities Provided System Testing consulting services - to project teams to develop, manage and coordinate an integrated testing strategy to ensure ITS business solutions work as designed and are fully integrated. Provided System Prep consulting services – for the development of a detailed system prep plan that is used for managing the execution of system prep activities in a controlled sequential manner to setup the system environment. This position can operated out of Knoxville,TN or Roswell,GA administrative sitesBasic Required Qualifications must include: An IT Bachelors degree along with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in an IT role with involvement in complex IT application projects. Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications Must have experience with SAP in a technical support rolePreferred Qualifications should include: Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies/practices. Demonstrated knowledge of MS projectPersonal Talents and Abilities should include: Prior success and demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multi-functional project team. Strong analytical skills to evaluate the existing environment, identify issues, and recommend alternatives for problem solving. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple, simultaneous projects, work well under pressure and manage deadlines. Superior interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, business presentations, facilitation, listening, influencing, persuading and relationship building.
