Immediate Opening- Export Documentation Coordinator

Company Info:We are a Texas based NVOCC/Freight Forwarding company located in Houston, Texas.  Our company is exponentially growing and new opportunities are constantly  becoming available.  We are looking to fill an immediate position for a postition in Export Documentation.The Position:The Export Documentation Coordinator is responsible for preparing Customs documentation for export shipments and tracking material to the final point of installation.The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:-Prepare customs documentation forinternational exports-Issues original NVOCC B/L's-Act as point of contact for questions andissues relating to export documentation between vendors and clients, ensuring asmooth entry into foreign country-Send shipment advice-Assist Export Logistics with documentation-Demonstrate exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills-Driven to ensure the success of a team andcompany-Ability to multi-task-Working knowledge of internationalrequirements for ocean & air shipmentsExperience/Qualifications*-Previous Export Documentation experienceessential  *

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required-AES experience strongly recommended-Team player-Highly Dependable-Great organizational skills a must-Letter of Credit experience a plus-Ability to produce Master and House Billsof Lading.
