Position Summary

Lead the continuous process of releasing the potential of associates through the work of the organization. Meet or exceed Service Center Performance through training, coaching, tracking, and analyzing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead, train, coach and develop associates and trainers to meet or exceed Enterprise Service Center performance goals for all Brands

· Conduct virtual training through conference lines and Webex

· Teamwork with others on projects with the enterprise training team

· Assign and track courses

· Analyze and report training specifics and business metrics tied to each course

· Manage Enterprise Service Center training plan

· Aid the Instructional Designer with research, design, and writing of documentation for communication and training

· Disseminate and communicate new information and motivational messages quickly through the dashboard

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under very stringent deadlines

· Ability to attend and professionally represent the Enterprise Service Center Training Department at any local and or Enterprise Service Center meetings internally or externally

· Management and Awareness Campaign of the Learning Lab to help with associate development

· Virtual coaching and mentoring to improve performance and productivity

· Mentor and assist Seasonal Trainers through the trainer certification process and on-going as they facilitate and coach classes

QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill and/or ability required, to perform job function:

· Self-sufficient learner

· Willing to take direction and execute flawlessly

· Willingness to learn Don Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of measuring training as well as measure ROI on every course to ensure training success to business metrics

· Outstanding positive attitude

· Excellent:Public speaking skillsCoaching skillsInterpersonal skillProblem solving skillsVerbal and written communications skillsPC skills

· Skilled in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage and Outlook

· Bachelor degree OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred

· Ability to work days with a flexibility to work nights, weekends as holiday need requires

· Please be aware that this position is salaried and does often require longer hour days such as 10-12 hours
