Currently, we are seeking an Industrial Hygienist Lead for our Neenah, WI South Office location.Summary: This position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Industrial Hygiene systems for production and staff facilities in support of North Atlantic Consumer Products (NACP) business objectives. Provides NACP’s operating facilities and staffs with professional regulatory and technical guidance toward understanding and complying, in a cost-effective manner, with Industrial Hygiene regulatory requirements at the national, state, regional, and local levels. Provides leadership to facility personnel on Industrial Hygiene programs and related projects and will be responsible for developing an Industrial Hygiene plan for NACP that supports the Corporate strategies. Responsibilities: -Responsible for implementing and sustaining Industrial Hygiene systems and capability across NACP Product Supply and P&TD in line with Corporate and regulatory standards. -Develop and oversee the execution of short- and long-term IHS plans that result in achieving corporate targets and are in line with mega-category funding capability. -Ensure long term IH strategy plans and one year action plans are supported and reflected in the business plans. -Implement training systems to ensure facility resources remain capable and knowledgeable to meet current and future industrial hygiene function needs. -Provide visibility of standard practices via benchmarking internally and externally. -Ensure consistent application of standards (governmental and corporate requirements) across NACP. -Represent NACP to the broader Enterprise on industrial hygiene matters. -Responsible to support and deliver Corporate industrial hygiene initiatives across NACP. Minimum Qualifications: -Bachleors in Industrial Hygiene or related field-7 years of broad industrial hygiene experience within a manufacturing/staff environment. At least 3 years experience in consumer products desirable.-Experience across multiple functions, plants and cross sector experience -In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the interpretation and application of industrial hygiene, technical and legal concepts as applied to production facilities, both sites and processes. -Experience in related functions include auditing operations, documentation and proactive programs to insure cost-effective industrial hygiene compliance. -Consistent track record of delivering results while creating/maintaining a constructive work environment -Willing to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions -Working knowledge of industrial hygiene process tools . Preferred Qualifications: -Masters in Industrial Hygiene or related field-Certified Industrial Hygienist -Experience in leading industrial hygiene initiatives in a Lean environment -10+ years of broad industrial hygiene experience within a manufacturing/staff environment. -Experience outside the US -Product and Technology systems understanding/experience desirable. -Familiarity with manufacturing asset base/footprint capabilities and processes. The incumbent will work from the North American office in Neenah. This position will require routine facility visits across North America and Europe.
