Currently, we are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Jenks, OK location. Summary: This position will report to the Asset Leader and receive work coordination from the Asset Reliability Leader. The position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of production equipment and systems.Responsibilities: Support team in identifying and correcting issues with equipment and process operation Perform installation, setup, adjustment and repairs/modifications to process and packaging equipment Fabricate parts Practice/understand rigging fundamentals to change out large components Use of hand tools, portable electric tools & typical shop stationary equipment Basic machinist skills to cut and broach keyways on drive line components Build additional skills such as welding, hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting & repair, basic electrical (fuse replacement, small motor replacement, etc.) Identify, lead, plan & organize work, parts and labor Provide input to and lead equipment and process improvement initiatives Initiate work requests and record reliability activity in CMMS system Comply with facility and asset safety rules Participate in facility and asset safety initiatives Support the evolution of site systems and initiatives Participate in annual performance reviews and one-on-one feedbackMinimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Good general skills including: lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, piping, sheet metal, electrical, etc. Basic computer skills Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays, as required Preferred Qualifications: Two year degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (or equivalent) or Journeyman Craft Certification Three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience
