Job Description Industry Director, Sales ,Pharma Segment Position Summary: Responsible for Relationship Management, Strategy Development, Program Management, Strategy Execution, and Resource Coordination. Oversees 4-30 customers, and $30-$80 Million in revenue.1. Maintains high level customer relationships2. Coordinates needs assessments across locations3. Develops customer growth plan/lifecycle4. Drives RFP process (Proformas, Proposals, Cross-organization coordination)5. Identifies target profitability, terms and conditions and creates implementation plan.6. Forecasts for total customer and coordination of locations (works with regional sales team on location forecasts)7. Identifies resource needs across multiple locations with Sales Reps, Specialists, Onsites, CSR’s and BSC’s.8. Provides direction to reps on expectations for servicing accounts (visit frequency, special services)9. Reviews activity by location, visits individual sites as needed.10.Identifies relevant marketing programs/promotions.11.Works with customer service, logistics, management on requirements for customers.Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Science Major, MBA preferred10 years industry experience. Equivalent combination of education, and/or licensure/certification. Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:1. Successful sales management experience, preferably in the science community 2. Superb leadership, strategic selling, negotiating, presentation and financial project management skills 3. Distribution experience, preferably in the laboratory industry 4.
