Information Technician II (Interlibrary Loan)

ASRC Management Services is rapidly growing and we need you!   We offer excellent benefits, 401(k), generous paid time off plan, comprehensive medical and dental/vision plans, FSAs and opportunity for growth and advancement.   We are currently seeking an Interlibrarian Loan Information Technician II in Cincinnati, OH to support our contract with the Environmental Protection Agency.   The Interlibrarian Loan Information Technician II provides technical support of fulfilling incoming and outgoing interlibrary loan request and assisting with circulation and reference functions. Ensures that requests from EPA staff for materials outside AWBERC Library holdings are fulfilled. Ensures that requests from outside sources for AWBERC Library materials are fulfilled. Ensures that materials loaned to borrowing institutions are returned on time. Complies and maintains accurate borrowing and lending statistics. Staffs the reference desk as needed. Complies and submits weekly reports. Complies and submits monthly reports Other duties as assigned. Strong online research skills. Ability to adapt in a changing environment. Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of a scientific, research, academic, or public library environment preferred. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
