Inside Account Manager - Englewood NJ

The purpose of this position is to manage existing customer accounts with an emphasis to drive increased penetration and sales over the internet and phone. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution.Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact primarily over the phone with on site visits as needed to drive sales.Review customer purchases and recommend purchase saving opportunitiesMeet or exceed sales and gross profit goalsProvide training to customers on internet features and functionalityBachelor's degree preferred and at least one year of sales and customer service experience penetrating and maintaining accounts. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to acquire orders. Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook and internet usage a must. *Bilingual/Mandarin a plus**Hours are 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST*
