Exciting temporary opportunity available almost immediately!! Our client is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis and needs an experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team. Specific Responsibilities: - Work with customer to ensure all necessary and/or complimentary products are offered when placing order. - Maintain direct, continuing relationship with assigned customers. - Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering on commitments (i.e. take order on front-end and follow-up on back-end to make sure we delivered). - Initiate required action for order changes, including the maintenance of order information files, and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel. - Prepare, generate and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgments to appropriate personnel. - Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries of any nature in a timely manner. - Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the quality system. - Job duties may include phone call handling, email correspondence, order entry, dispatching of service techs, followup with service technicians and invoicing. Necessary Skills: - Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred. - Strong customer service orientation as well as the ability to listen to the customer - Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen a high quality business relationship with the customer - Ability to organize time and prioritize work - Ability to meet scheduled deadlines - Knowledge and understanding of the sales function and its impact on the organization - Basic understanding of accounting principles to process orders - Ability to determine proper discounting for customer order - Must possess strong problem solving skills - Ability to professionally handle difficult customers - Must be detail oriented If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this position, please submit your resume to the address below!
