Inside Sales Manager

Primary responsibilities:

 

 Managing and maintaining good customer relationship Coordinate sales goals with outside sales management, sales representatives and distributors by establishing goals and objectives Monitor and achieve objectives by managing day-to-day operations Review sales performance and suggest needed improvements and corrective action as required Sales and order administration Forecast and quote file administration Responsible for weekly sales management reporting

 

Qualifications:

 Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and relationship building skills PC literacy is necessary including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Ability to work independently and demonstrating initiative Exercise good judgment in administration of responsibilities Must be well organized Passion for winning Bachelor’s degree 2 years of inside sales/customer service experience
