Our Inside Sales Representatives use probing skills and product expertise to uncover sales opportunities and convert inbound calls from our business customers to orders. We are looking fore sales-minded individuals that will add value to our customers' ordering experience by using a consultative sales approach to cross-sell and up-sell complementary products. The Sales Reps will be responsible for achieving sales and productivity objectives using an array of sales skills that include superior negotiating/closing skills and a detailed oriented approach.Seton offers a very competitive hourly rate with monthly and annual bonus opportunity based on achieving sales/productivity objectives. Previous telephone sales experience a plus. Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written and a talent for closing sales. Must have strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills. Intermediate to advanced computer software knowledge necessary. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
