Wireless broadband networks built and managed by the company provide small and medium businesses, enterprises, carriers and government agencies with fast, reliable and secure business broadband and transport services. We're looking for an Inside Sales Account Rep to help us continue our rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer retention efforts for the company's high- speed broadband Internet services. The primary goal is to perform proactive outbound calls to existing customers in order to sell upgrades of service or additional services, extend contracts, and solicit referrals. The Account Manager Representative will make recommendations to management concerning the requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer retention. Moreover, responsibilities include handle elevated incoming non-technical customer support calls from customers. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: * Exceptional communication skills as you will be following up with current clients & new prospects * 1 year of inside / telesales experience* Desire to work hard to exceed inside goals and be part of a great success story while earning ownership in the company. * CRM experience is helpful (Salesforce is our Customer Relations Mgt software) * Able to professionally represent & sell the company over the telephone * Proficient in MS Office * Experience in IT, ISP, WISP, Data or Telco industries is preferred but not mandatoryResponsibilities include: * Work directly with Sales Director on Administrative duties to learn the business & systems * Quickly identifying, qualifying and setting closing business by understanding customer objectives and decision making processes. * Building relationships with current customers to help drive renewal, upgrade and additional business.* Setting appointments for outside sales representatives to assist in exceeding our monthly, quarterly, yearly goals. * Sharing new sales techniques with our team to develop sales* Working towards an outside sales position Great benefits.
