Productivity, Inc., a successful and growing CNC machine tool sales company, is seeking to fill an Inside Tooling & Accessories Sales position at our Plymouth, MN location.

This self-motivated, customer-service oriented individual will answer inbound calls as well as make out-going calls to sell Productivity products. Assist customers with product & service needs by providing product information & sales related solutions, making technical recommendations, providing quotes and completing orders over the phone.

We are looking for CNC machine shop experience and/or a technical degree or certificate in machine technology. Ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone. Organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently. Computer/ keyboarding skills.
