Job Description:General Summary:Responds to customer requests and questions regarding technical, complex service, products and account information in a fast paced environment. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. Must be able to use computer to access customer records and to communication via E-mail, phone and fax. Close contracts for partner programs, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction. Interact with General Manager and Production Control. Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following: (Other Duties may be assigned.) Sell to customers while inside the office Answer customer questions Order in take (booking orders that were quoted) Schedule delivery Quote corrugated jobs which includes pricing and routing thru our machinery. Ordering printing plates, cutting dies for customers when necessary. Creating print layout for jobs as needed. Identify revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed. Prospecting, qualifying and generating sales within our established Trading Partners. Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting and proactive contact of existing Trading Partners. Identify and close additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities. Work closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management and Business Development. Respond to requests from customers for information and giving on-line presentations. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral. Exchanges non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills. Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity Computer literate Ability to do simple math: add, subtract, division and multiplication High School or equivalent and 1-2 years of college or equivalent 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent Communication skills using the spoken word Spanish a huge plus!
