Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop programs in partnership with learning leads and clients.Utilize technology applications to develop programs and assessments.Establish and execute Learning Management System processes.Partner with team to coordinate program materials, classroom/e-learning delivery, participants and suppliers.Maintain standard programs and coordinate delivery, such as on-boarding, and hands on technology.Maintain content management processes/systems.Coordinate and manage learner communications.Maintain function project data base and reports.Maintain function budget and financial transactions.Produce learning measurement reports and provide analysis.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree. Approximately 1-3+ years experience in a training role. Demonstrated expertise and experience designing, developing, implementing, and measuring learning solutions.Expertise in learning technologies, including LMS, LCMS, development applications, Flash, and MS Office applications.Ability to differentiate between training and non-training solutions.Strong consulting and facilitation skills.Strong business writing skills and the ability to prepare presentation material.Experience providing training support for related functional areas (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations).Relocation is not available for this position.
