Instrument and Controls Technician

Responsibilities include field construction installation, troubleshooting, repair and calibration on a variety of instruments used in industrial plants, water and waste water treatment plants and co-generation plants throughout California. Typical instruments include D/P Transmitters, pressure, temperature, open channel flow (measurement, flumes, weirs). PLC and SCADA Systems. This job requires travel to the customers place of business and sometimes overnight stays. Minimum job qualifications require a high school diploma, approved jouneyman training, trade school or minimum of 5 years in the electrical/instrument trade.
