Additional responsibilities: This position will be responsible for coordinating deployment / support / implementation activities related to International Business Intelligence (IBI) for current and future IBI deployments. Activities include:• Working in collaboration with application project teams and Global IT Operations in the Americas Data Center and Europe Data Center to develop and manage project plans to meet approved dates, coordinate with Global IT Operations on environment setups, and communicate project status to the application project teams and IT management. • Setting up and configuring the IBI enviornments (SQL Server, Cognos 8, Essbase).• Streamlining IBI environment setup processes from a technical and process perspective. • Analyzing and implementing issue resolution, support and maintenance of new and existing IBI applications. • Supporting the local project team with an emphasis on effective verbal and written communications. • Managing communication with application project teams related to application upgrades and new releases.Minimum Qualifications: 4 to 6 years with information systems analysis, design, project coordination, development, implementation, and maintenance in a fast paced dynamic enviornment. Strong background in core SQL skills.Preferred Qualifications: 5 to 7 years with information systems analysis, design, project coordination, development, implementation, and maintenance in a fast paced dynamic enviornment. Specific experience with SQL Server, Cognos 8, Essbase, batch programming and data warehouse modeling a plus.
