Just as good at crunching numbers as you are with writing and presenting? See complex problems as fun puzzles? The Starcom Internet Activation team is seeking a highly motivated Media Manager. The position is a unique hybrid of experienced media planning and buying, account and team management along with basic marketing functions.Specific Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day account responsibilities including client and team management. Lead the process in analyzing and recommending targeting, geography, scheduling, support levels, and budget for both national and local online media campaigns. Develop and execute online media accountability programs to demonstrate value of media efforts Manage the execution of online programs and work closely with team members on all aspects of the program from accountability to budget reconciliation. Use appropriate technology, research systems, and tools to solve marketing problems in an accurate and timely manner. Work with internal and external teams to develop and manage national and local media and production budgets. Skill Requirements:Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of related media experience required Proven working knowledge of media concepts, terminology, media math, and media plan execution Strong positive attitude, analytical aptitude, creativity, intelligence, organizational skills and a motivated spirit Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of 3rd party ad-tracking systems, preferably DART Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
