INTERNET MARKETING MANAGER

 

Job Overview:

Renew Life Formulas of Palm Harbor, Florida, a fast growing nutritional supplement company, is seeking an Internet Marketing Manager to coordinate the development and delivery of email and web communications in support of integrated corporate marketing and communication goals and objectives. The successful applicant will have experience with paid/non-paid online and email marketing/advertising promotions and programs. Must work well within a multi-functional team including in-house creative department, IT and sales. Looking for a strong team player that is highly resourceful and self-motivated who is used to working in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIESManage timely execution of marketing related email campaigns and digital communications to retailers and consumers including deployment, tracking and reporting.Work closely with marketing and sales to support retailers with educational information, product information and other marketing/sales-driven content.Drive product positioning, product promotions and branding messages, consistent with branded marketing campaigns.Work to develop a network of links with like-minded and product related websites to increase traffic, database and promote marketing messages.Work closely with marketing and sales to conceptualize, develop, and contribute to creative solutions designed to meet measurable goals. Conduct research into current and ongoing web technologies and issues. Manage process of regularly scheduled Webinars.Build strong relationships across Marketing and IT teams, negotiating solutions and identifying efficiencies. Analyze customer click-path trends and site metrics.Participate in projects as assigned.

 

KEY SKILLSAttention to detail assuring accuracy of email and related content and functionality.Works well with others to accomplish marketing objectives including in-house copywriter and graphic artists. Good writing skills a plus.The ability to distill complex matters into succinct communications appropriate to reader/user level of understanding.Experience in web communications. Must have working knowledge of web-based technology and usage.Familiarity with industry and government standards and compliance issues. Excellent organization skills including the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, meeting established timeline and quality objectives. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, multi-task, bring in fresh ideas, give and receive positive and constructive feedback, communicate clearly and confront and resolve conflicts. Proven skill in organization, work planning, attention to detail, and follow-up. Must be able to work independently as well as follow direction.Be proactive and possess critical problem solving skills.
