Job Experience:**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**Position based in St. Louis, MONo Sub-Contractor or 1099 need to applyTechnical:5 years in-depth experience with J2EE architecture, including experience with one or more of the following: EJBs, Struts, Servelets, JMS, JNDI, J2EE Connectors, JDBC, Hibernate, ANT, etc.2 - 5 years design and development of multi-tier software applicationsKnowledge of J2EE testing tools (i.e. JUNIT, JTEST, Mock Objects, LoadRunner, ect.)Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server, ClearCase, Unix and Oracle preferredExperience building scalable, mission critical applicationsExperience with Object Oriented design methodologies preferredExperience with full project life cycle from establishing requirements through delivery and productionNon-Technical:Strong problem solving and analytical capabilitiesProductivity, initiative, professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, ability to multi-task, team focus, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and awareness and adherence to standard IT best practicesDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environmentAbility to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutionsProfessional maturity in dealing with all levels of management and staffAbility to understand customer needs and manage expectationsAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentMust be willing to work overtime as necessary for day-to-day operations and occasional weekend or after-hours coverageCommitment to professional growth; seeks opportunities for development; expected to share knowledge with others
