The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, as well as experience in the field. Requires:. Knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Oracle, UNIX/LINUX and Struts Framework. Understanding of information technology with an ability to apply that knowledge at a strategic and systems level. Must be able to plan and effectively manage most aspects of large, complex projects. Be able to assess and determine system design considerations, prepare work estimates, and conduct a design walk through with the client and/or technical team. Must understand the business requirements, including defining and documenting the requirements. Ability to work independently, assume responsibility and interface with all levels of technology and business management professionals. Excellent organizational, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and coaching skillsResponsibilities:. Lead information technology projects that are complex in nature for the Commercial Lending business. Communicate and make strategic recommendations to senior and executive management as well as all levels of internal/external service partners. Interact and recommend planning, scheduling, procedures, and problem resolution to service partners. Production system problem resolution and will provide off-hour support. Independently performs software development activities. Independently develop test plans to perform system testing to ensure a quality product is delivered while recording, tracking, and communicating outcome of system testsDesired:.
