Java XSLT Developers and Leads

Requirements:

6+ years work experience in Information Technology and/or Web development applicationsExperience leading multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate the ability to lead the team of people and meet deadlinesStrong  Java/XML/XSLT/XSL experience required; Experience implementing content management systems requiredPrefer 4+ years in Java/J2EE/Vignette/Oracle/PerlKnowledge of  Java, XML, XPath, J2EE, Servlets, Perl, EJB, JDBC, XSLT, UMLKnowledge of “Content Repository” technologies (i.e. JCR/JSR-170) a major plusAbility to architect solutions using the technologies stated aboveAbility to provide technical leadership to a team of developers. Knowledge of load/performance testing, integration testing, regression testing, unit testingAbility to execute performance tuning at the application code level and application server levelConduct code reviews and design reviews; validate the technical approach of team membersPrepare deployment instructions, review deployment docs written by staff membersEnforce proper release management processes for all production deploymentsIntroduce technical best practices and provide technical mentoring to developersExperience overseeing offshore resources would be a major plus.Candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a Master's Degree preferred
