Tasks will be preformed in the Customer Service Department and is expected that 1/2 days will be spent in each role. Actual time will vary depending on work loads, staffing and time of the year. Position supports the needs of admin, sales and marketing. Report to: President - Administration and Sales Management Tasks:- Coordinates and supports Documentation in the following areas: Corporate, Legal, Certificates of Insurance, Facility Services, Landlord, Engineering - Support Marketing Functions and Programs. Work with: Wilson Marketing ATEC Purchasing and R & D - Co-Ordinate Sales programs - Prepare Business and Sales Reports - Support Trade Show support as needed - Provide Support for ATEC Visitors and Wilson Corporate. Customer Service tasks: Provide all elements of Customer Service to include the following key areas - Process and Enter Sales Orders for Products and Parts- Domestic and international - Provide Backup to technical Services and Shipping Departments as needed. Track MLB and advisory Board Member Allowances, Process orders and provide customer support. - Attend trade shows and meeting when necessary - Work closely with technical Services Department in coordinating and quoting potential purchases and installations. Basic Hiring Requirement 1. Requires skill, knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (45 wpm) 2. Experience in working with Operating Systems 3. Excellent verbal / written communication skills 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism 5. Highly organized and detail oriented 6. Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously 7. Work with little or no supervision 8.
