LATIN AMERICAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

Dorian Drake International, a leading U.S. export management company, seeks sales professional for two of its Latin American sales teams. 

 

Opportunity:  Position is a blend of inside sales and field sales responsibility and is designed as a trainee position for a full-time field sales position.  Selected candidates would be assigned initially to inside sales and trained to prepare and present proposals to customers and close and process orders for a selection of prominent U.S. manufacturers the firm represents exclusively for export.  Candidates would be trained simultaneously on the products and groomed to assume part-time field sales responsibility for a Latin American sales territory within 3 - 6 months of start date. Candidates who excel in their first year with the company will likely be promoted to a full-time field sales position within 9– 15 months.

 

Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing, ideally in international business. Education: Bachelor degree, preferably BBA, with a record of academic achievement. Spanish/English fluency (oral and written) Immediate and permanent U.S. work authorization

Compensation Package:  Firm offers starting salary of $46K - $54K, depending on skills and experience; participation in companywide bonus plan; competitive benefits package, including matching 401(k), medical, dental plans and other insurance benefits.
