Currently, we are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for our Neenaah, WI location. Join our team to provide coordination and administrative support for the Learning and Development Department in support of learning solutions such as course development, coordination of classes, e-learning, team effectiveness support, consultancy, and continuing education in support of enterprise priorities. You will be responsible for coordination of training classes offered by the Learning and Development group in the areas of Leadership Training and Innovative Thinking. This includes communications with vendors, booking venues, coordinating dates of instruction, ensuring availability of instructors, ensuring class minimums are maintained, arranging publicity, shipping of training materials, problem-solving of issues that may arise, and ensuring that invoices are controlled and paid on time. You will assist the Director, Team Leader, and team members with training projects and assignments which arise, working cooperatively with other units’ training staffs to support larger K-C learning initiatives. You will also be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks such as: maintaining files, arranging meetings, maintaining and updating the Learning and Development and Technical Learning and Development web sites. You will also review draft and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage, and prepare reports, spreadsheets and graphs for presentations. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must also be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or other software as required.
