Job Description:For a paralegal starting January 20, 2006. Varied practice which includes: Nursing home defense; a municipal housing authority; construction companies; as well as a railroad and utility company. This position requires an individual who is extremely organized, dependable, hard- working (NO gossiping) and knowledge of medical terminology. The firm pays 100% employee's health insurance, 50% of dependents'; offer a life/dental policy not paid by the firm. After 1 year, all employees are eligible for 401(k), contributing 20% each year until 100% vested after 5 years. Vacation: 1 wk vacation 1st year (after 6 months, with the approval of supervisor); 2 wks vacation after 1st year; and, 3 wks vacation after 5 years.
