Lead EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT to Hedge Fund CEO - to $150K+Bonus

Multi-Billion dollar Midtown Hedge Fund is currently seeking an EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT to their CEO.

This is a highly visible and rewarding role that needs a dynamic and energetic individual who can make this position their own.

The role is intense - standard hours are 7:30am through 7:00pm, and both you and the CEO will carry multiple blackberries at all times. This is a heavily involved position that requires the assistant to be available/reachable 24/7. If this sounds like you, then we want to talk to you further.

You will handle a multitude of key organizational tasks such as managing all investor and client telephone communiqué, handling extensive international and domestic travel, taking care of any personal business requirements, and other related projects which may include heavy involvement with personal art collections, private events and dinner functions, and managing estate logistics.
