If you are an inspiring leader known for delivering results and implementing meaningful and effective change, this could be your opportunity to join a proven leader as our new:Lead Financial AnalystProvide finance and accounting support to the HR, Finance, and Other corporate departments, includes month end accounting and reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.Individual will provide financial analysis on corporation benefit costs, finance cost savings projects and other initiatives.Individual will also have SOX responsibilities for key HR processes.Business performance and reporting: Prepare accurate and informative reports that clearly portray business results and ensure those reports are distributed to and understood by the appropriate individuals throughout the organizationGeneral AccountingFacilitate the monthly financial close and correct use of accounting policies including but not limited to FAS 123 Financial Planning: Lead and coordinate all financial planning efforts for HR, Finance, and Other corporate.This includes strategic planning, annual operating planning, and monthly forecasting.Financial AnalysisPerform analysis to support decision making and business improvement initiatives and projects in these areas.QualificationsDegree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years finance experience. Stong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior levels of management as well as operations personnel. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
