We are looking for an experienced Lead Vice President for Retail Sales Segment. Under broad administrative direction of the Regional Vice President, this individual will be responsible for program management, developing sales and profitability objectives for sales directors and regional managers, and implementing strategies for meeting those objectives. Responsible for generating profitable revenue, enhancing market share and continually looking for ways to differentiate ABC from its competitors in the Retail business segment. Provides direct leadership for Vice President, Regional Segment Sales (Retail), Program Directors, and some Retail Directors. Responsible for assisting in managing the performance of the Sales Directors who report directly to the Vice President, Regional Segment Sales (Retail). The successful candidate will have exemplary consultative selling skills, is well grounded in the healthcare environment and aware of changes in the industry, excellent leadership skills in order to develop a team of sales professionals, superior interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent presentation skills; and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The position requires specific training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, management of sales professionals, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of eight years progressively responsible related experience.
