Leadership Development Consultant

Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and client interviews to identify key areas for service delivery.


Consult with business partners to diagnose, identify and address gaps and/or needs that contribute to the effectiveness of business operations.


Partner with business leaders, the training team, HR managers, vendors, and division and corporate offices to assist in the development and delivery of leadership development training materials.


Research, develop and implement comprehensive, high-impact leadership development programs and materials for Cox Arizona as required.


Actively coach and consult with employees, peers, and leaders in regards to performance levels.

Support leadership development and organizational development initiatives.

Help build organizational capability to achieve business objectives by enhancing leaders effectiveness and performance.

Support organizational change initiatives utilizing a knowledge of systems theory, organizational change, and interpersonal and team dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, deliver, and facilitate presentations, stand-up training, or leadership development instruction to employees (entry level, team leaders and managers).

Manage the courses comprising the leadership development curriculum and make recommendations for future programs to meet business needs.

Prepare and/or designs training/instructional material and teaching aids.

Monitor program effectiveness (inc. program evaluations and Impact Maps), and make recommendations for improvement.

Conduct 360 assessments for leadership with follow-up coaching.

Support and coach learners both in the classroom and in 1:1 consultation regarding performance improvement and/or organizational development needs .

Consult with management and conduct needs analysis to identify needs and program impact.

Act as a resource for providing information and recommendations for employee development.

Maintains and/or creates training records, including work in the Comcast Learning Management System.

Other tasks as assigned in support of Training &development strategy and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-7 years of experience in organizational development, leadership development or training.

Bachelors degree in business or related field. Master's degree in organizational development or MBA with OD emphasis highly desired.
