Lean Process Manager

South Florida Company is searching for a Lean Process Manager with at least 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement with a Bachelor’s Degree or MBA (preferred).

Basic DutiesIncrease efficiency of operating department through lean processingUpdate training materialsTrain employees and lead implementation of lean manufacturing systems Track results and report to upper managementCoordinate with various department managers, teams, and personnel locally and throughout the company

QualificationsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsExperience motivating, guiding, and training employees of all levelsProven track record of accomplishmentsSix Sigma training is a plusVarious locations in Florida- Must be willing to travel
