Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Certified Lean/Six Sigma green belt will partner with assigned functional teams to drive process improvement and redesign processes to better meet client, supplier and Sitel’s needs. He/she is a key change agent for driving the design, implementation and control of business processes to support Sitel’s business strategy and commitments to its stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:Lead multiple process improvement teams using Lean / Six Sigma to result in defect reduction, cost avoidance, loss reduction or revenue enhancementDeliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit across assigned functions in Sitel's Global Center of ExcellencePartner with functional experts in identification, prioritization and execution of process improvement projectsIntegrate best practices into Lean Six Sigma delivery modelsCoach and mentor Greenbelts and functional managers to drive Six Sigma & Lean Projects to exceed business targetsLead the development of value stream maps for all processes in the Center of ExcellenceLead the implementation of metrics & dashboards for all processesFacilitate project tollgate reviews.Develop & lead programs/initiatives to develop a culture of continuous improvement.Partner with process owners to document and present business case analysis to Financial Managers and C-level Executives.Perform process flow mapping, modeling, identifying issues and opportunities, form hypotheses, collect and analyze data, analyze processes, synthesize conclusionsProvide regularly scheduled project status updates to financial managementWork with technology systems implementers to bring system related process improvements to completion
Typical Qualifications:
Education: 4 year college degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Target: Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in process improvement initiatives.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to facilitate workshops and document findingsGood leadership, project management, organizational and time management skills. Very strong analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and prevent problems.Experienced in Microsoft Office software including Visio
Knowledge/Abilities: Knowledge of proven best practicesVery strong Finance business process acumen.Ability to work well under time constraints to meet deadlines within budget.Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresAbility to effectively interact with a diverse set of global employees at all levels of the organization in obtaining current financial process, presenting solutions, and providing robust training and support in implementing improvements Knowledge of Oracle Financial applications a plus but not required.
Special Certifications: Lean /Six Sigma belt certification
Travel Required: Up to 30% travel (both domestically and overseas.)
Other: Salary commensurate with experience.
