Manage functional portfolio of projects, curricula and training investment for function. Conduct needs analysis, high level design and measurement plans.Manage subject matter experts and delivery resources to drive a ''Leaders Lead Learning'' approachProvide project managementPartner with Learning Services, functional subject matter experts and third parties to develop and deliver programs.Track overall progress and adapt learning process to meet business objectives.Capture and disseminates best practices. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred.Approximately 7-8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical and/or CPG business, including sales, management, operations and/or training .Demonstrated strategic ability to identify organizational learning needs by working with Leaning Services, HR and other functions to translate strategy into tactical learning programs.Ability to differentiate training and non-training solutions to meet business objectives.Management experience in overseeing and organizing diverse activities and resources.Internal consulting, matrix management, presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizing and planning skills required.Relocation is not available for this position.Wyeth offers competitive compensation and benefits programs, including child-care subsidies, flex-time, business casual attire, educational assistance and professional development programs.
