Principal ResponsibilitiesPerforming abstraction and database entry of lease document information ongoing maintenance Perform desk audits, including negotiating resolution with landlords Produce ad hoc and/or custom reports, annual expense reconciliation and perform analyses (including financial) as required Must be able to establish and maintain strong client relationships Preferred QualificationsBS in related field and a Real Estate License Preferred 3-5 years of real estate experience with an emphasis in lease/portfolio administration Real Estate Financial analysis experience and understanding of financial concepts required The ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational and excellent computer skills.
