Loan Systems Analyst II

•Location:    US-LA-Baton Rouge •Job Status:    Full Time, Employee•Job Category:    Customer Support/Client Care •Career Level::    Experienced (Non-Manager) Loan Systems Analyst II Job Description:Job Function: This position will focus on more complex research and analysis of loan system issues and will be responsible for assisting with conversions, system program changes and systems enhancements.The analyst is also responsible for developing and implementing basic management and quality control reports for Loan Systems Support. (Location: Baton Rouge, LA, or Dallas, Texas)Job Experience:Basic qualifications: 2 year college degree, or 3 years bank or financial institution experience in loan operations, merger/conversion, or, 2 years of multi application planning of major banking operational conversions. Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of loan systems (preferably Advanced Loan System (ALS). Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of PC based word processing and spreadsheet software. Knowledge of mainframe/database report writers such as FOCUS, Culprit, Crystal or DYL/Vision Results. Good understanding of all banking operations. Familiar with Federal Banking Regulations and with UCC Laws and Regulations. Experience in the internal and external customer service/contact areas. Experience with mainframe/database report writers. Ability to evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvement. Experience with Project management software Excellent organizational/project management/planning skills. Ability to effectively manage time and work independently Detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. No agencies please.
