Logistics Support Department: EHR (Electronic Health Record) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Shift: Hours: Job Details:

 

The Logistics Support position will work on the Columbia St. Mary’s Electronic Health Records (E.H.R.).  The project is considering full and part-time candidates currently employed with CSM.  Hours will primarily be during the business week, however, some weekend and off-shift availability is essential.  Specifically:

 

· Complies with attendance tracking and competency documentation requirements.

· Manages the day-to-day schedule

· Supports Train –the-trainer

· Supports production of paper-based/classroom lead materials

· Supports identification, equipping and ongoing scheduling and maintenance of all training facilities.

· Supports course registration processes, insuring participants are enrolled in correct course curriculums and have completed course assessments properly.

· Supports Training Domain build and scenario testing

· Provides single point of contact support to trainers and participants of EHR training.

· Works with Documentation to launch learning on CLI

· Posts documentation on SharePoint as determined by Learning Analyst.

· Supports Learning Team development of learning program metrics

· May be responsible for generating learning program metrics reports on established schedule for se by various stakeholder groups including status reports.

· May be responsible for maintaining metric scorecard

 

Qualifications include:

 

· Organization of office functions

· IT systems experience- Excel and LMS

· Strong Customer Service

· Printing  production management

· Entry level project management

 

You will be compensated for regular hours pay at your current salary level for all work performed with the EHR program. Hours dedicated to the EHR Project will be charged to an EHR cost center.
