MANAGEMENT President, Regional Health Services Hamot Health Foundation The incumbent serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Regional Health Services (RHS) with responsibility and authority to direct the operations of RHS while providing leadership and assuming the accountability for the overall strategic and operational planning of RHS. The scope of responsibilities include Physician Practice Operations/Network, Physician Relations/Recruiting, Equity Management, Real Estate and Contract Management. Regional Health Services is an affiliate of Hamot Health Foundation centrally located on the Bayfront in Erie, PA. Hamot and its physician network offices are vital community resources serving more than 350,000 patients of the tri-state area of northwestern Pennsylvania, western New York and eastern Ohio every year. The Physician Network employs over 100 physicians. Community and Hospital based. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in healthcare related field. A Physician with additional training in business desirable. Five to ten years of healthcare administrative experience in a senior leadership position(s) or an executive leadership role in physician practice management is required.
