Currently First Choice Mortgage has openings for multiple Mortgage Loan Originators in its’ Internal Sales Department, located in Waukesha.  A successful Mortgage Loan Originator with First Choice Mortgage will be a sales oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career assisting clients with their dream of home ownership and/or refinancing.

Specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as referral sources Assist clients in choosing mortgage-related products and services best suited for their needs Provide excellent customer service to clients as well as prospects Stay involved in the mortgage process and develop a strong product knowledge base







Requirements: 1-2 years sales or mortgage industry experience is required. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred – High school or equivalent required! PC proficiency, MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred Excellent communication skills along with strong attention to details Demonstrated organizational skills Willingness to network and present a positive “can-do” attitude Sense of teamwork and commitment to outstanding customer service Must be able to document your previous performance
