Mailroom Services Supervisor

Campus Services / Full-time Support Staff Appointment

Full Time Year Round – Paid on an Hourly Basis

 

Supervises the mail operations of the campus; ensures the efficient and effective delivery of all incoming mail, outgoing mail and deliveries for the campus; provides oversight of auxiliary mail operations; provides training and supervision of full-time staff and student workers; and maintains information on the mailroom services web-site. Work on Saturdays may be required depending on service demands. Qualifications include: A High School diploma is required, post-secondary education is preferred; knowledge of mailing regulations is required, including strong USPS management background, 3-5 years preferred; must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills; computer and data entry skills required; must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must be able to work as a team member with a diverse community; supervisory experience preferred.
