Manager, Email Data and Delivery Analyst

ConsumerBase is an online digital data company based in Evanston, IL that offers a unique blend of services to their clients.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the background knowledge and desire to expand his/her knowledge in the challenging field of email data and delivery analysis.

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

·  New email list hygiene and testing

·  Email deliverability analysis

·  Communicating with ISPs to resolve and remove email blocking

·  Setting up and monitoring ISP complaint feedback loops

·  Ensuring the continuance of good email practices such as Can-Spam compliance and source URL mailing permission

 

We do not necessarily expect the successful applicant to be knowledgeable in all the above areas, some training will be provided.

 

Job Experience/Skills Required:

·  Batchelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline

·  Excellent Excel, Word, and Access skills

·  Database experience an asset

·  Email deliverability experience an asset

·  Moderate level of programming an asset

·  Web programming an asset

·  Detail oriented, with excellent writing and communication skills
