Job SummarySupervise HR Systems Support staff to effectively deliver services to Human Resources, Payroll and employees when necessary. Provide “Help-Desk” assistance/support and training for HR systems including SAP HR, SAP BW, Application Tracking System (ATS) and related PC applications for the HR organization including Learning Management System (LMS). Assist in the coordination of correct, efficient, and effective use of Wyeth Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) as they relate to HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes and interfaces. Designs and develops formal course content for instructor-led and self-paced training material for HR and Payroll applications. Administer HRMS security. Generate and track status of Service Requests for IT change control, hardware and software needs. One-on-one support of the Domestic HR organization requires some (~15%) travel. Job Responsibilities*Supervise HR Systems Support Line staff to effectively deliver services to Human Resources, Payroll and employees when necessary. Collaborate with HR CIS Team Leads and IS to ensure client calls are being managed effectively and routed to appropriate parties to resolve issues, provide information and training. Measure and publish support team’s effectiveness against agreed upon service level agreements. Work with IS to ensure HRIS Support Team follows appropriate change control protocols.*Conducts ongoing training needs analysis for new and modified HR information systems initiatives (including SAP HR and Payroll, SAP BW). Using a standard instructional design process, designs and develops formal course content for instructor-led and self-paced training material including reference manuals and other online supporting materials. Conducts formal and informal classroom, Web-based, and one-on-one training for clients, including HR concepts, processes, and procedural operation of PC-based and Web-based applications. Performs system administrator functions for InfoPak (a training development tool) and manages LMS activities. Consistently seeks opportunities for process improvement in the training function*Participate in day-to-day operations to provide technical help-desk support to all HR staff by resolving questions/issues pertaining to HR, Benefits, and Payroll information and processes. Provide proper procedural guidance for HR applications as they relate to usage, data entry and maintenance. Perform trouble-shooting analyses, and identify, investigate, and communicate corrective actions in support of HR systems, policies, and procedures to maintain system integrity. *Understand thoroughly the data, interfaces and processes for one or more HR systems as the Systems Administrator for those systems. Recommend new procedures and have approval authority over recommended changes / uses for those systems. Update system control tables and determine security parameters for systems users. Establish Security profiles to insure appropriate access to data. Establish any needed processes and coordinate data uploads and feeds to insure data integrity and quality.*Administer HR information access security for all HRMS ERP (SAP HR and SAP BW), WEB and HR PC based application systems users. Coordinate associated HR data security requests with IS database and data security departments. Performs Local Security Administrator (LSA) function for SAP HR/Payroll & BW including: processing of system access requests; researches and assigns appropriate security roles; logs requests into LSA tool and collaborates with IS Security to facilitate timely role assignment. Coordinates testing and development of end user security roles for SAP HR/Payroll and BW in accordance with Change Control procedures. *Assist in the coordination of various system related requirements for policy changes, enhancements, etc. Create Tech Specs for changes and work with IT developers. Test all system changes and see enhancements/fixes through to Production. Assist in identifying HR computer training programs and business process initiatives related to the improvement of systems processing and reporting tools. Provides consultative services to IT (ie, HRPAS, Client Services, Portal Team, etc), and the HRSC regarding SAP and related processes ensuring integration and collaboration across functions. *Generate and track status of Service Requests for IT change control, hardware and software needs. Manage incidents in Peregrine/Service Center system assigned to the GV HRSMSUPPORT queue, including escalation and creation of focus tickets. Basic Qualifications*A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years professional level experience in the use of and/or maintenance of automated Information Systems is required. *Personnel and Benefits Policies/Procedures; Wyeth Organizational Structure; Wyeth HR Personnel/Payroll ERP and P/C based systems and subsystems; Desktop computer software applications; Compensation and Benefits practices and programs.*Minimum of 5-8 year’s experience supporting applications in a desktop environment, training design, development and delivery and 8-10 years of overall professional experience. Preferably in an HR environment. Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the use of SAP HR, SAP BW, ATS, and MS Access for reporting and table maintenance. Must be experienced in the exporting and importing of data via Excel spreadsheets. Excellent PC data manipulation skills with the ability to understand a multitude of information systems, concepts, and applications. Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, client service, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
