Manager IA (1602)

This person will be responsible for the day to day operation of the IA group within the Financial and TMT sectors. The position will require flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure and requires independent and cooperative decision making, problem solving. An outgoing, inquisitive and highly communicative nature will be ideal for this interesting and challenging position. The IA Operations Manager position will include but not limited to the following essential responsibilities: Building and management a team of IA professionals. Day to day delivery with great attention to quality of inputs. Planning and implementation of new services and expansion to our existing operations. Coordination with other groups both internal and external to TNS to ensure agreed deliverables and targets are achieved. Oversee & coordinate work off-shored and address issues. Oversee IA standardsRequired Skills:4 year degree or equivalent industry related Interactive Research experience required Excellent track record of management of computer based operations. Good follow through to ensure on time and on budget implementation of projects. Strong communication skills, able to present proposals to peers and senior management. Experienced in use of software tools for project management, presentation and charting of data processing systems. Understanding of Web and Microsoft based systems.
