Job Description:This incumbent will work with other entities to obtain maximum utilization of resources. He/she will be responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of applications systems and staff in support of required practices, best practices and process management. Candidate Profile:Knowledge and experience with Etalk, Advisor and NICE Perform recording and reporting applications; End User functionality, as well as administrative role. Must be able to prioritize and act on internal and external requests. Requires an understanding of the End Users’ requirements and how to apply them to the supported applications. Impacts to program performance, KPI's and agent scorecards are considered when prioritizing.
