PMI is seeking an experienced, progressive individual to plan, develop and lead integrated initiatives to grow and sustain member relationships and satisfaction.  A successful candidate will increase market penetration, value creation and be a global advocate for the Project Management profession.  Overall responsibilities will include: member benefit initiatives and the execution thereof in terms of development, communication, access, tracking and reporting.  The position will also ensure alignment and integration of initiatives to service and delivery strategies

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations or other relevant field.

· Minimum 7 years experience of progressively responsible experience in Marketing, Association or customer development/service; multi-national experience preferred.

· Documented, first-hand experience in strategic marketing, business and communications plan from development to successful execution.

· Strong verbal, written communication skills, including public speaking.

· Successful track record in negotiating agreements with performance metrics that benefit the host organization.

· Technical proficiency with MS Office and Internet capabilities, as well as membership systems.

· Foreign language skills highly desired.

· Knowledge, experience and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, including weekends and/or holidays.  Must be available to travel.
